Ville II brings together more substantial homes around an urban way of life — residences where architecture, space and location combine to offer something increasingly difficult to find.
Generous rooms, stronger architectural presence, outdoor space, a remarkable outlook or an unusually calm position may all play a part. City homes remain the anchors, but the Collection is free to include a contrasting home elsewhere when it deepens the whole.

Ville II starts from the same urban premise as Ville I, but asks more of the individual property.
There is greater space for family and friends, more substantial living and dining rooms and, where the city allows it, terraces, gardens, views or an unusual degree of privacy. Architectural distinction matters more because the homes themselves carry greater presence.
The classification remains city-led rather than city-only. An exceptional mountain residence, coastal house or other home outside a conventional urban setting can sit within Ville II when it provides the right counterpoint to the rest of the Collection.
What matters is not that all five homes resemble one another. It is that each has a clear reason to be there.
“The house always comes before the map.”
In Ville II, architecture often has more room to speak: higher ceilings, larger living spaces, stronger original features, a terrace, an outlook or simply a generosity that is difficult to find within a city.
Those qualities should be reinforced rather than overwritten. Original elements are preserved where they matter and combined with natural materials, strong textiles, thoughtful lighting, comfortable furniture and art with enough presence to hold its own.
The additional investment in Ville II is expressed through scale, rarity, location and complexity — not through a different standard of finish. Every Liora Collection is expected to reach the same level of resolution.
A substantial home can have presence without becoming formal, and comfort without becoming anonymous.
Curated co-ownership of characterful homes across Europe.
