Ville I is a city-led Collection: five homes brought together around the pleasure of having a place of your own in Europe — close to culture, architecture, restaurants, markets and the ordinary life of a neighbourhood.
Urban homes form its natural centre, but not a rigid boundary. A mountain, coastal or country home may earn a place when it brings something the city homes cannot and makes the Collection stronger as a whole.

Ville I begins with the way a city can be lived when you have your own front door there. Walkability matters. So do neighbourhood life, architecture, cultural depth and the ability to arrive for a few days without feeling like a visitor.
The homes are deliberately more compact, but never lesser in quality. We look for good proportions, natural light, architectural substance and locations that make daily life easy beyond the obvious landmarks.
The five homes are not selected to fill five predetermined destinations. Most will express the city-led nature of Ville I directly; another may create contrast through mountains, coast or countryside if its scale, quality and role make sense within the whole.
A desirable address is not enough. Each home has to add something the others do not.
“The house always comes before the map.”
Each interior begins with the architecture already present: proportions, light, materials and the details worth keeping.
Original elements are preserved where they matter, then complemented by natural materials, tactile textiles, layered lighting and furniture chosen for comfort and longevity. A smaller city home receives the same attention to materials, furnishing and finish as any other Liora home.
The objective is not to repeat one recognisable interior across different places. Each house should retain the qualities that make it particular, while sharing the same standard of comfort and care.
The result should feel settled rather than styled — a home that works just as naturally for three days as it does when you decide to stay longer.
Curated co-ownership of characterful homes across Europe.
