Homes chosen to belong together.
Each Liora Collection brings together five homes with distinct qualities, considered for what they offer individually and what they add to the whole.
Ville is city-led: centred on urban life, walkability, culture, architecture, restaurants and the pleasure of having a place of your own within a city.
Terroir is landscape-led: centred on space, setting, outdoor life and a closer relationship between the home and its surroundings.
Neither is a rigid geography. A mountain or coastal home may strengthen a Ville Collection; an urban or village home may bring exactly the contrast a Terroir Collection needs.
Within both families, Collections vary in scale, rarity, setting and investment level.
Ville I Collection
City life at the centre.
Characterful, more compact homes centred on the pleasure of having a place of your own in Europe — close to culture, architecture, restaurants, markets and neighbourhood life.
Urban homes form the natural core, with room for a contrasting mountain, coastal or country home when it makes the Collection stronger.

Ville II Collection
City-led, with more room to live.
More substantial residences where architecture, space and location carry greater weight.
Generous rooms, stronger architectural presence, outdoor space, views or an unusual degree of privacy may all play a part. City homes remain the anchors, without becoming a rigid boundary.

Terroir I Collection
A closer relationship with place.
Homes where setting, outdoor life and the surrounding place play a meaningful role in how they are lived.
That can mean a country house, a village townhouse with a courtyard, a mountain apartment or a coastal home close to town. What matters is not the postcode, but the relationship between house and place.

Terroir II Collection
A little more room around you.
More generous homes with greater space for family and friends, both inside and out.
Gardens, terraces, courtyards, open views or greater privacy may contribute, but size alone is never enough. Architecture, setting and qualities that cannot simply be added later remain decisive.

Terroir III Collection
Homes that hold a world of their own.
Rare, substantial properties where setting, privacy, architectural presence and scale become exceptional.
These may be country estates, mountain homes, coastal properties or remarkable residences closer to a town or city. What matters is that each possesses qualities that would be genuinely difficult to replace.

Heritage
Some homes carry an additional significance
Across Ville and Terroir, individual properties of particular architectural, cultural or historic importance may receive the Heritage designation.
It is not a separate collection, nor simply a question of age. The designation is reserved for homes whose character cannot easily be recreated — places that call for particular restraint in the way they are restored and carried forward.
The first Heritage property is currently under consideration in the South of France.
REDÒS
The Founding Collection.
REDÒS is the first Liora Collection now taking shape.
Its five homes will not be chosen to complete a predetermined map. Each must justify its place on its own terms and bring something the other four do not.
A small group of Founding Members can join while the Collection is still being assembled and its first homes are being assessed.
