A Life in Five Places

Co-own five exceptional European homes — places to know, return to and share with the people who matter.

A different kind of ownership

These are homes chosen for what is already there — the architecture, the light, the landscape and the history that give each place its character.

That character is preserved rather than replaced. Comfort is added with restraint, so every home remains unmistakably itself while becoming somewhere you can return to with ease, year after year.

Shared ownership makes a life across several places possible, without turning those places into interchangeable products.

Homes that belong to their place.

A collection shaped as one whole.

A collection is not built by choosing five desirable destinations and filling in the blanks. Each place must add something to the whole — a different season, setting or way of spending time.

The destinations below show where Liora currently looks. They form a wider European map from which each Collection can take shape as the right homes are found.

The house always comes before the map.

THE LIORA COLLECTIONS

Two distinct ways of living across Europe. Ville and Terroir.

Ville is city-led: centred on walkability, culture, architecture, restaurants and the pleasure of having a place of your own within urban life.

Terroir is landscape-led: centred on space, nature, gardens, outdoor living and a stronger relationship between the home and its setting.

Neither is a rigid geography. The right mountain, coastal or country home may strengthen a Ville Collection; the right urban or semi-urban home may bring valuable contrast to Terroir.

Within both, Collections vary in scale, setting, rarity and investment level.

Scale varies. Standards do not.

South of France

Ville I

A city-led Collection of characterful homes, centred on walkability, culture and neighbourhood life.

CANNES: A light-filled Mediterranean residence with character, space and an easy connection to the sea — perhaps a terrace, an open outlook or simply that particular sense of brightness that makes the Côte d’Azur feel close at hand.

Ville II

A city-led Collection of more substantial residences, where architecture, space and setting carry greater weight.

Terroir I

A landscape-led Collection of characterful homes, with nature, outdoor life and a strong sense of place at its centre.

Terroir II

More generous landscape-led homes, with greater privacy, gardens and room for family and friends.

SOUTH OF FRANCE: Beyond the coast, old estates, terraced gardens and hilltop villages create room for homes with real privacy and presence. Here, architecture and landscape can become inseparable.

Terroir III

Rare, substantial homes where setting, privacy, architectural presence and scale become exceptional.

Heritage

Some homes carry an additional significance.

Heritage is a designation for individual properties whose architecture, history or provenance gives them a value that cannot easily be recreated.

They remain part of Ville or Terroir, but ask for a more deliberate kind of stewardship — preserving what gives the house its identity while allowing it to remain fully lived in.

“The first property being considered for this designation is in the South of France.”

Our destinations

These are the places in which Liora currently looks. They are not assigned to a particular Collection in advance. Each Collection draws from this wider map according to the homes that emerge and the contrast they create together.

CANNES: A light-filled Mediterranean residence with character, space and an easy connection to the sea — perhaps a terrace, an open outlook or simply that particular sense of brightness that makes the Côte d’Azur feel close at hand.

The South of France

Between the Mediterranean and the Maritime Alps, the South of France offers far more than its celebrated coastline. Old hilltop villages, terraced landscapes, cultivated gardens and houses shaped by stone, light and terrain give the region its depth.

From the openness of the sea to the quieter rhythm of places such as Tourrettes-sur-Loup, it is a region that can be lived in many different ways — and returned to throughout the seasons.

Tuscany

Tuscany

Tuscany is a landscape shaped over centuries: vineyards and olive groves, stone towns, cultivated hills and houses that seem inseparable from the land around them.

Life here follows a slower, more generous rhythm — centred around the table, the seasons and the quiet pleasure of returning to a place that reveals itself gradually.

MALLORCA: In the quieter parts of the island, stone fincas and larger country houses sit among olive terraces, mountains and open land. Privacy comes naturally here, without losing the sea and village life altogether.

Mallorca

Beyond its coastline, Mallorca holds a more layered world of mountain villages, ancient olive terraces, sheltered coves and houses built in local stone.

The island offers both openness and retreat: days shaped by the sea, followed by the stillness found inland and in the Serra de Tramuntana.

FRENCH ALPS: A larger mountain home should offer more than a winter base — space for several generations, a strong relationship with the view and a setting that remains compelling once the snow has gone.

The French Alps

At the meeting point of France, Switzerland and Italy, the French Alps offer far more than a winter destination. Around Mont Blanc, mountain villages, forests and alpine landscapes change character with every season.

It is a place for snow and summer paths, long days outdoors and the particular calm that comes from living close to the mountains.

ISTRIA: Vineyards, olive groves and stone villages meet the Adriatic in a region that still feels intimate — ideal for homes with land, privacy and an easy connection to both coast and countryside.

Istria

Between the Adriatic, vineyards, olive groves and old hilltop towns, Istria has a quieter Mediterranean character of its own. The coast is never far away, yet much of the region still feels rooted in countryside, local food and village life.

It is a place that invites you to move easily between sea and land — and to return for more than just the summer.

PARIS: A characterful apartment in a neighbourhood made for everyday life — close to markets, cafés and culture, with the proportions and architectural details that make a Parisian home unmistakably its own.

Paris

Paris offers a different kind of belonging: not an escape from life, but a deeper way into it. Art, architecture, food and everyday rituals are woven into the fabric of the city.

A home here becomes a familiar base from which to experience Paris slowly — returning to the same streets, markets and tables until the city begins to feel partly your own.

London

London is a city of contrasts: historic neighbourhoods and contemporary culture, private gardens and restless streets, tradition and constant reinvention.

A home here offers more than access to the city. It creates a place of one’s own within it — familiar, well connected and ready to return to throughout the year.

BARCELONA: Light, architecture and outdoor living matter here. We look for homes with character, generous openings and an easy connection to the life of the city.

Barcelona

Barcelona brings together the Mediterranean, bold architecture and the energy of a city that remains deeply connected to outdoor life.

From its shaded streets and neighbourhood markets to the sea and surrounding hills, it offers a way of living that feels both cultural and open.

ROME: A home with history and generosity — perhaps a palazzo apartment or quieter residence where old architecture and contemporary living can sit naturally together.

Rome

Rome is a city lived in layers. Ancient streets, quiet courtyards, neighbourhood restaurants and buildings marked by centuries of use create a sense of continuity found almost nowhere else.

To return regularly is to move beyond its monuments and become familiar with the slower, more intimate life held between them.

Cannes

Cannes

Cannes brings a more urban rhythm to the Côte d’Azur. Beyond the Croisette lies a lived-in Mediterranean town of markets, old streets, cultural life and immediate access to the sea.

It offers the energy of the Riviera without giving up the possibility of retreat — with quieter villages, gardens and landscapes close beyond the coast.

Come back to a place that already feels familiar.

Being a Liora member means having five homes to return to, without having to manage five homes yourself.

Before every stay, the house is prepared for your arrival. Cleaning, maintenance, repairs and the practical details of ownership are quietly taken care of, so your time begins when you walk through the door.

Over time, each home becomes familiar — the rooms, the surroundings, the places you return to. Not a succession of holiday rentals, but homes that are genuinely yours to come back to.

And because life changes, the collection is conceived for different ways of being together: a weekend for two, summers with children, time with friends or holidays shared across generations.

Own the homes. Not the workload.

The Liora way

From the first viewing to every return, the same principles guide what we do.

Chosen with conviction

We would rather wait than compromise. A property must earn its place through architecture, setting and the quality of life it can offer.

Restored with restraint

We repair, adapt and refine without erasing what came before. Original character leads; new interventions bring comfort, not a new identity.

Structured for real ownership

Members are co-owners, not guests. Each property is held within a clear legal and financial structure designed for long-term shared ownership.

Cared for quietly

Maintenance, preparation, repairs and ongoing oversight happen in the background. The practical weight of ownership is taken care of before it reaches the member.

REDÒS

The Founding Collection

The first Liora Collection is now being assembled.

Its five homes will not be chosen to complete a predetermined map. Each must justify its place on its own terms and strengthen the Collection as a whole.

A small group of Founding Members will have the opportunity to join at this first stage — before REDÒS is complete, and while its shape is still becoming visible.

For those who recognise themselves in this way of owning, this is the moment to start the conversation.
